Online submission of collective wage sheet
Belastingdienst Caribisch Nederland has developed an online Collective Wage sheet in 2012. This means that employers can file their annual return electronically using the website of Belastingdienst Caribisch Nederland.
How does filing an online return work?
You will first need an account. You can request this account by sending an email to: verzamelloonstaat@belastingdienst-cn.nl

Notice for employers
An online collective wage sheet has been available since 2012. This means that you are required to submit your collective wage sheet electronically through the website of Belastingdienst Caribisch Nederland.
Withholding entities will receive a letter with an invitation. This letter will indicate that you are required to annually inform Belastingdienst Caribisch Nederland what you have paid to persons employed/not employed by you in the previous year.

We have listened to the feedback of our clients and have come to the conclusion that we need an improved version of our portal. A new, optimised version of the portal was introduced on 1 July 2016. We will start with the next optimisation of the portal this year.
