Online submission of the Verzamelloonstaat

In 2012 the Belastingdienst CN developed an online Verzamelloonstaat. This means that employers can submit their annual accounts electronically via MijnCN.

How does it work?

Notification for employers

The online Verzamelloonstaat has been in existence since 2012. This means you are expected to submit your Verzamelloonstaat electronically via MijnCN.

Withholdings taxpayers will receive an invitation by letter. The letter will state that you are obliged to inform the Belastingdienst  about what you paid to people who you did or did not employ in the previous year.

The Belastingdienst strives to provide an optimal service.
