Dutch citizens living abroad can request a DigiD on www.digid.nl and retrieve their activation code at one of the DigiD desks. As of 10 April 2019, an activation code can be retrieved at the offices of Belastingdienst Caribisch Nederland.
What is DigiD and what can I do with it?
You can use DigiD to identify yourself on the Internet, to access websites of the Dutch government, Mijn DUO (study financing), and pension funds, among others.
