Verzamelloonstaat
In 2012 the Belastingdienst CN developed an online Verzamelloonstaat This means that employers must submit their annual statement electronically via MijnCN.
Notification for employers
Withholdings tax payers will receive an invitation by letter. The letter will state that you are obliged to inform the Belastingdienst about what you paid to people who you did or did not employ in the previous year.
You are expected to submit your Verzamelloonstaat electronically via MijnCN.
