The wage calculations published by B/CN aims to enable simple wage calculations. This gives an employee a general indication whether the withholdings calculated by his employer are correct, and an employer can get a general idea whether his wage calculation is correct.
No rights can be derived from these calculations. If differences are found, the calculation can help analyse these.
