Forms for starting entrepreneurs
It is important to submit the completed forms for starting companies to the Tax and Customs Administration as soon as possible. If you have any questions, you can ask the Tax and Customs Administration to help you complete the forms. The Tax and Customs Administration will subsequently assess for which taxes you will be registered in its administrative systems.
You will automatically receive return forms for the taxes you will need to pay.
Inform the Tax and Customs Administration when you hire staff
Are you hiring staff when establishing your company? You must also immediately register with us as an employer using the starter form.
Are you hiring staff at a later time? In this case, you must register as an employer before you hire staff. You can register using the ‘Employer registration’ form.
