Carrying protected animals and plants
Do not carry protected animals and plants from and to the BES islands. You may also not order these from abroad.
Carrying protected animals and plants from and to Caribbean Netherlands without a CITES certificate is not allowed. If you do so, you may be imposed a criminal sentence. The protected animals and plants will be seized and you will be fined. Read the CITES appendices here.
