You are kindly requested to include:
- Your name and contact details
- A clear description of your complaint
- Information that can be important for the handling of your complaint (e.g. date of contact, employee concerned or reference number)
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your complaint. Your complaint will be then examined diligently. You will receive a detailed reaction from us within six weeks.
