What are the system requirements and supported browsers?
The online portal can be accessed using the following operating systems: Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Apple Macintosh OSX 10.6 and higher.
Your monitor must have a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels and 256 colours. Internet Explorer 8 and higher, Mozilla Firefox 20 and higher, and Google Chrome are suitable browsers (Internet applications). On an Apple computer, you require Safari 5 and higher, Mozilla Firefox 20 and higher, or Google Chrome. Are you still using Internet Explorer 6 or 7? These versions are outdated and will no longer be adapted to new technologies by Microsoft.
For a secure browser with the best possible display options, we recommend you to use the most recent version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.
The zoom setting of your browser must be set to 100%. Zooming in and out is not fully supported.
