Storage in a trade and service warehouse (TSW)
Storage in a TSW deviates significantly from storage of goods in an STS or customs warehouse. This specifically applies with respect to activities that may be performed in a STS and the conditions that govern the admission of users to a TSW. For this reason, the TSW has been set out in a separate section.
Trade and service warehouse (TSW)
A TSW is a designated area where admitted legal entities can store goods that are not traded freely in Caribbean Netherlands. The storage and services that take place in or from a TSW may not focus on Bonaire, Saba, and Saint Eustatius (BES islands).
This is one of the options for storing goods subject to customs supervision without the need to pay import taxes.
