Customs formalities
When you arrive in Caribbean Netherlands, you must submit a declaration to Customs for the goods you are carrying.
If you are only carrying goods that can be imported with exemption from ‘excise duties’, filing a declaration is very simple: you will only need to go through the customs entrance. Of course, these may not be forbidden goods like narcotics, weapons, small animals without valid papers, and protected animals and plants listed in the CITES Convention.
