You can object to the kansspelbelasting assessment if you have received an assessment you disagree with.
Filing an objection to kansspelbelasting
You can file an objection with Belastingdienst Caribisch Nederland within two months of the date of the assessment. The letter must state the reasons of your objection. Also make sure to list the name, CRIB number, year, and assessment number in your letter. Please send the objection to:
