We use your data to implement the statutory reporting obligation for vastgoedbelasting (VGB) purposes. This reporting obligation is applicable to the (principal) owners of properties not intended for owner-occupancy. Your data is filed in the tax system and is only used to assess the value of your property for VGB purposes.

Why is this data required?

As of the 1st of January 2024 a statutory reporting obligation applies to report changes to your property for VGB purposes (purchase, changes, no tax assessment received).

How does your data get processed?

The data is included in our taxation system and used to assess the value of your property as basis for calculating the VGB.

How long do we keep your data?

This data will be destroyed after ten years.
